What happens if my smartphone breaks down or gets lost?

No problem! You can choose to open your door with a fingerprint, PIN, or RFID card. This gives you flexibility at all times.

Can I manage multiple people at the same time?

Yes. You can assign as many digital keys as you like. Permanently or for a limited time, depending on your needs.

Can I see who had access and when?

Yes. As an administrator, you can view the detailed event log in the app, which is accessible at any time and in real time. You can assign a total of three administrator roles per door lock.

Does the system also work in rental apartments?

Yes, absolutely. Installation is possible without leaving any residue. Ideal for tenants or temporary use.

How long does the installation take?

Typically, it only takes a few minutes. The system is ready to use immediately and requires no prior technical knowledge.

Where is my data stored and is it really secure?

How long is the warranty?

Every product comes with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty. This warranty does not cover damage caused by failure to charge the battery in a timely manner, vandalism, or resetting.
