Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods in a single order and these were delivered together;

  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, if the goods were delivered in multiple partial shipments or pieces.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by post or email) sent to:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction unless we have explicitly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods – whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling that was not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

  • for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or decision by the consumer is essential, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs. This includes, in particular, locking systems, keyed-alike profile cylinders, reorders of keys, and custom-made cylinders upon customer request.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

  • for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been removed after delivery;

  • for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery;

  • for the delivery of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.

General Notes

  • Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods.

  • If possible, return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. Use protective outer packaging if needed. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage.

  • Please do not return the goods freight collect.

These notes are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
